USHJA Board Of Directors Elects Five Members

The U.S. Hunter Jumper Association opened the 2024 USHJA Annual Meeting on Monday with five members elected to the USHJA Board of Directors. The five electees will fill four at-large seats and the officer position of national vice president. They are:

  • Cheryl Rubenstein (hunter), national vice president
  • Lori Bidwell (jumper) director at-large, amateur seat
  • Glenn Petty (hunter), director at-large, competition manager seat
  • Terri Young (jumper) director at-large, general seat
  • Jay Sims (jumper), director at-large, general seat

USHJA members submitted nominations for USHJA board positions, from which a slate of candidates was developed by the USHJA Nominating Committee. All elected and appointed members of the board will assume their duties immediately following the close of this year’s annual meeting, which runs Dec. 9-12 in Tucson, Arizona. Each person will serve a four-year term.
