Scott Brash Out Of Contention For Olympics

British show jumper Scott Brash, currently ranked fifth in the world, won’t compete at this year’s Olympic Games in Rio due to issues with both of his top horses. According to the British Equestrian Federation, both Hello Sanctos and Hello M’Lady sustained minor injuries at the beginning of this season and are still not in full work.

“We are extremely disappointed that we are unable to help Team GB in their quest to win another team gold medal at this year’s Olympics,” stated Brash and his horses’ owners Lord and Lady Harris and Lord and Lady Kirkham. “We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of Team GB every success in Rio.”
