By completing this survey, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: Open to participants 18 years or older, must be a resident of the United States.
• How to enter: Entrants must complete the survey by clicking the “Submit Survey” button at the bottom.
• The Chronicle of the Horse and Oughton will receive the responses to the questions in the survey.  The Chronicle of the Horse will not share email addresses or personal information with Oughton  (unless required to send prizes) or other 3rd parties.

• Prize Pack Approx. Value: $399 and $100
• Selection: All survey respondents will be entered into one pool and drawn at random via https://miniwebtool.com/random-name-picker/.  3 winners will be selected.
• Distribution: The winners will be notified via email.  Once notified, the winners will agree to provide shipping and contact information to The Chronicle of the Horse for the purpose of prize distribution.  The winners will have until 12 PM ET on November 3rd, 2022 to supply shipping information, otherwise prizes will be forfeited.  The Chronicle of the Horse is not responsible for any problems, issues, or delays in shipping or prize collection. If the winner does not supply complete shipping and contact information to The Chronicle of the Horse within the time allowed, Oughton may elect to draw anew winner using the same process as above.
• Timeline: Entries will open as soon as the survey is available (12 PM ET on October 13th, 2022) , and will close at 12 PM ET on Thursday, October 27th, 2022.
• No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing from The Chronicle of the Horse or Oughton does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
