The country consists of 4 square miles of gently rolling country on the North Carolina/South Carolina border in rural Union County, N.C. Primarily grassland, numerous copses, two winding rocky creeks and several small watercourses. Coops, post and rails and logs. Horses should be handy, fit and shod all around.
