Mason Phelps Radio’s tenth segment will be held on Thursday, March 29 at 5:00 p.m. EST on W4CY.com. Media Personality Steve Williams will be co-hosting with Phelps once again, and this week will feature the Leone brothers, Peter, Mark and Armand, as guests. Featured with the three siblings will be Steven Shapiro, of Shapiro-Pertnoy. Phelps and Williams, along with their guests, will discuss the extensive success that they have found within their respective industries. It is sure to be an enjoyable broadcast with six personalities in one room.

Longtime Palm Beach County developers, Steven Shapiro and Ronnie Pertnoy established the basis for their luxury homebuilding business from an unconventional place, their fathers’ haberdashery business. From the start, the cousins learned to always put the customer first and provide the finest product for the best possible value, a philosophy that has helped mold Shapiro-Pertnoy Companies into the reputable business it is today. The successful pair partnered with their sons, Josh Pertnoy and Kevin Shapiro, to create the now two-generation Shapiro-Pertnoy Companies and is currently celebrating their 34th year in the business. The Shapiro-Pertnoy Companies have always had a very proactive approach to Wellington-building many of the first residential communities as well as Wellington’s first industrial park.

“We have been involved in Wellington since 1978, we saw some of the first horses enter the county when polo was the driving force,” Shapiro explained. “I feel as though people may not realize the impact we have had in Wellington, we built the first house on a polo field-something that had never been done in Western Palm Beach County-we became very involved in building homes for folks involved in the equestrian industry. It is going to be great to talk to Mason about what we have done and what we are currently doing.
