Lexington, Ky.—April 23
Thirty-four horses were accepted at the jog for the Defender Kentucky CCI5*-L. One horse, Jennie Brannigan’s Twilightslastgleam, did not pass. Twilightslastgleam, a 15-year-old Thoroughbred, has completed the Kentucky CCI5*-L twice before.
Five-star dressage kicks off at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time Thursday, with Tim Price and Jarillo first in the ring.
