Farrington topped the headline class of the Aug. 24-28 week, the Longines Grand Prix of St. Moritz, with Creedance. He joined nine other riders in the jump-off and as seventh in the arena with his 9-year-old gelding Creedance he was faster than all before.

British rider Michael Whitaker, the leader before Farrington beat him, finished second with his chestnut gelding Viking. The only Swiss in the jump-off, Jane Richard Philips and her 13-year-old gelding Pablo de Virton finished third in the final ranking.

Farrington had started the week with a win in the 1.50-meter grand prix with Gazelle. With a few 100ths of seconds slower the Belgian Niels Bruynseels with the 10-year-old Gancia de Muze finished second, followed by his countryman Pieter Devos and his mare Espoir.

From the 30 participants in the two-star grand prix at St. Moritz, 18 riders were in the jump-off. And when the duct cleared, it was the U.S. rider Emma Heise, who had a clear round with the fastest time aboard her gelding Quentucky Jolly.

Third and fourth were the next riders from the United States: Alexandra Crown with Von Cim followed by Emily Moffity with G&C Don Vito.
