Cover Art–01/21-05

Living in the midst of horse farms in Hunterdon County, N.J., led Parcell Evans to paint what she loves most. Amwell Valley's Hounds is an oil on canvas.

Her oil paintings are a natural extension of her world, and her objective is to share that world with others. Her subjects range from the color and excitement of equestrian events to the quiet beauty of the Maine wilderness. Evans, a horsewoman for 30 years, lives what she paints, and her work shows the true spirit of her subject matter.
