Jennifer Johnston and Harold Chopping welcomed their second son, Charles James, into their family on Oct. 1 at 6:22 a.m.

Charles was born 8 pounds, 1 ounce and 20 ½ inches long to the hunter/jumper training and riding couple based out of Solo Show Stables in Southern Pines, N.C.

“He is a wonderful baby and is already sleeping through the night. We are so happy to add to our family and give out son William a little brother,” said the couple.

“When I was pregnant, William said he wanted to name Charles “Spider” like Spiderman,” said Johnston. It sounds like William, 4, plans to make the nickname stick, as he has yet to refer to his brother as anything but Spider.
