Default Equine lawyer recommendation for KY

I've got a sale that's gone bad (I'm the buyer) and I sure could use some legal advice. The seller is in KY and the breeding farm is in FL. The issue is 98% with the seller .... which is why I'm asking for someone in KY.

Any recommendations would be most appreciated.

    Thank you.

My 'state' is Ontario - Canada ....which is why I came here to ask. I'd rather have someone versed in US law rather than Canadian law. But thanks.

I believe COTHer Sonesta either is a lawyer or has law experience or knows someone who is? Can't remember which...but hopefully she'll chime in or get in touch with her!

Good luck, buying/selling horses really sucks. My next horse is going to be for life.

Wow. Only one lawyer in the entire US?
If she's not available, too bad so sad.

    Thanks anyway.

As I told you in my PM, I am not licensed in KY so cannot help, but there is a website with a list of lawyers in all states doing equine law at http://www.equinelegalsolutions.com/...directory.html
Visit Sonesta Farms website at www.sonestafarms.com or our FaceBook page at www.facebook.com/sonestafarms. Also showing & breeding Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

I just got your PM and responded. But I will say it again ...thank you.
I would have liked to get someone that was used/recommended by someone here ...but beggers can't be choosers. I'll go through the list.
