I just received my two Mattes dressage pads, in custom colors and with sheepskin on the bottom and front roll....two square pads, custom made, for $350, shipping from Germany included. That is just too cool...LOVE Mattes to bits. Unfortunately I don't have the $ to buy a lovely royal blue shaped pad...but someday, I tell ya!

OP, I'll second your recommendation, I bought 2 of them too, however I didn't realize you could order via the US. A few months ago I ordered on the German website and had them shipped to my folks in Belgium.
Great quality!

Now a question however, I just ordered another one via the weblink you provided, but no where was I asked my payment details, eventhough I got an order confirmation email. How did you pay?
I went back to the site, but can't figure it out.

I got the same email when I ordered...paid thru epayment and it worked out fine. You will need patience...it took about six weeks from payment to receipt of the pads.

I must have screwed up! I ordered a pad in gorgeous colors with sheepskin on the front and back but nothing underneath!! What's the point of that? I don't know if I can even return it now given it was custom. Argh. The quality of the pad is also different than the ones I have from US retailers, more synthectic.

if you check the return policy it says it is returnable for a full refund. but needs to be started within 14 days of receipt.
