I am riding in a clinic with a BNT in December, It has been a while since I have ridden in a clinic and need some recomendations for clothing. It will most likely be cold so a polo is probably out of the question Thanks for your help!

Could you do a polo over a long sleeved shirt? I did a clinic in December once and put a polo shirt over Under Armour - it was great since I was warm enough but I didn't have to strip off a ton of layers. Otherwise, a polo with a light sweater works pretty well too.

Yes, a v-neck or crew-neck sweater over a turtleneck or polo. Looks nice and they can see you well. You could also do a technical vest or jacket if it's colder.

I would wear an under armour shirt under a polo or a long-sleeved polo, then a crew neck sweater and a vest over it if necessary.

Either Under Armour or a regular turtleneck with a fitted vest over it would be great in cold weather, it keeps you warm and gives you lots of freedom of movement. I also have a very fitted zip up fleece I wore in lessons over Under Armour or turtlenecks.

they are so warm but look like traditional breeches without the bulk of other fleece riding pants.

I suggest a cardigan over a turtlneck. Much easier to remove than an over the head/helmet sweater if you get warm.

I've done a couple cold weather clinics and it's a balance between dressing respectfully and not freezing your good bits off. I try for a pair of winter breeches -- you can usually find tan, or if not, I think any clean pair of dark colored breeches is appropriate. I then go with a technical turtleneck and a sweater (usually in a conservative solid color like navy, grey, or black.) If it's really cold I might layer a technical jacket or vest over that. As a rule I try for quiet colors and more traditional breeches.
