Default Need help finding a specific bit (Hack-a-Bit?)

Hoping I can find some help. I need to find a specific bit if possible. Otherwise, I guess I may have to get a custom bit. It's for my jumper. It's sort of a "hack-a-bit" I would call it. I am posting pics and hopefully someone might know where I can find one. I'm borrowing my trainers bit right now. Thanks in advance.

    Hope those are clear enough.

Happy mouth makes a hackabit (with the rubber noseband) but this almost looks more like a western bit.

That is a barrel racing bit. Only reason I recognize it is that I just saw that at our local tack shop that carries mostly western

Thanks, all. Yes, AlterHalter123, that looks like it! And they even have the larger sizes. The problem with "western" bits is I can usually only fine 5" bits. This place has all the sizes. Thanks. Now to start saving up. They're not cheap.

Supershorty has something like this for her mare, although I think its a waterford not twisted. Maybe she can tell you where she got hers? (Although IIRC, she might have had it made. I could be wrong though.)

Dover sells one with a mullen mouth, which is a great model b/c horses that go well off the hackamore portion of the bit tend to be sensitive to the 'nut cracker' action of the snaffle. Or the double jointed is a nice choice so that does not happen either.

You are, but I love you anyway .

I have two different hackabits, one has a straight, soft rubber bit; the other has a waterford bit. The soft rubber one used to be available at Bevals, the other one I got at Kocher tack. That would probably be your best bet for finding one with a twisted bit, they have a huge assortment!

I'll check it out. Thanks supershorty.

    ETA:
I can't seem to find a webpage. Maybe they're not online?

They do have an e-mail address, as I know my mom was corresponding with them that way, but I don't know what that is.

This is their phone number, though: (814) 238-4124
