My horse is a really bad cribber..only does it outside on the fence though and is only outside for about 3 hours
Tried a stirrup leather and it worked but made his throat swollen
Tried the french style strap and it didn't sit right
any other solutions???
also tried a muzzle and he was not a fan...
Giving more turnout might help, 3 hours a day is pretty measly.
There's the nutcracker cribbing straps, the Miracle Collar, and those Dare cribbing collars too.

We've got one atrocious cribber in the barn who lives in the Dare collar except for when cross tied or under saddle. He's missing a bit of mane from it, but otherwise no marks at all, and it does a fabulous job of controlling his cribbing.
