Default Conformation help on "coon footed" horse

Wondering if anyone has any advice they can give me. This yearling is dropping severely in her hind fetlocks. Is there anything I can be doing for her? Vet sais to stretch her leg forwards to work the opposite muscles and leave her turned out, but I think this is more advanced than that??
Anyone have any advice or dealt with this yourself?
** tried to include a pic but can't seem to figure out how
