I don't care for the first one, but the roan is cute... I think... the picture isn't very good.

I'm not wild for President Elect's conformation, but I love his name! Now the roan could stay at my barn just so I could look at him...

Is it just the photo or is PE very 'Arab-y' looking? Amazing how that shows up sometimes in the TB.

What do you think of this one. http://www.canterusa.org/index.php?o...ngs&Itemid=282 The pics are not the best, but the video link is interesting.

I like the one Isabeau posted. It's funny how so many track people understand the idea of "uphill" and always seem to want o push the head up. He looks cute and willing to use his back. That makes me think that he might be a decent jumper.

I love Sing to Me. I like everything about her.
I heard a neigh. Oh, such a brisk and melodious neigh as that was! My very heart leaped with delight at the sound. --Nathaniel Hawthorne

That's what I thought too! I see some very distinctive Arab-y features.

I really dislike the first one. I love Sing to me and Seeking Anita. Both are very pretty and look like they will jump fairly well. How much wiggle room is there on price from these places?

My father bred Victory Gallop's dam so I'm partial to that line. We also had another beautiful Vice Regent mare who sadly died from complications of foaling, but I have her 3-year-old grandson who just retired after a short career on the track, and he has the best mind and appears to be very athletic.

If I didn't already have a horse, I'd be interested. I'm only 5' tall and like a smaller horse.

Price negotiation varies trainer to trainer. I've had trainers not budge on the price and others will come down quite a bit. The last couple weeks of the meet they are usually pretty flexible.
