Frozen semen is available right? Do you think, market wise, that breeding a good quality imported Oldenburg mare (that I think would cross very nicely with him) is worth the EVA hassle?

What EVA hassle? I don't consider giving a shot and keeping a mare away from PREGNANT mares for a short time a particular hassle..... :-)
