Downton Abbey Season Three?! (Spoilers, yo.)
Can we talk about it? Is anyone else caught up? I have two more episodes left, and just finished the one where a certain member dies....I cried!
Well isn't this dandy?

Now I'm confused.
I thought we were in breathless anticipation of Season Three starting on Jan 6?
I know it is just wrapping up now in the UK though.

Well yeah,
I LOVED series one, but was a teensy bit disappointed in season two. Not to mention my dismay in the renewed Upstairs, Downstairs. The cast is good, the settings are divine, but the writing sucks! Not to mention, it all looks like it was stolen from Downton Abbey. I was watching UD, and I did cheat, and read the snopsis[?] of it and was horribly disappointed in all the sleeping around, and all,so I have been rewatching old eppies of the Closer which is on at the same time here.
But yes I have great hope for the new season...

OMG, I cried my eyes out when Sybil died! Did you notice how the makeup department turned her BLUE within seconds of death? That was awesome. I also loved the camera angle when Violet crossed the hall looking so old and frail in her grief.
I still have to watch last night's episode, but the roasted peppers need peeling first.

I'm totally addicted to the new Upstairs Downstairs.
Of course I am FURIOUS with Hallam, and want someone to kick Percy out on the street on her skanky bottom just in time for a bomb to land on her.
Spying for the Nazis????? Sleeping with her sister's husband???
My husband had to remind me that these are in fact characters, and plot devices.
I think it is beautifully shot, with interesting characters - and of course set in a time of great intensity and emotion.
.....Sybil DIED????
now I am truly verklempft.

You'll also want to download that.
All of season three is on there now, in HD. Took me about 15 min per episode, and I don't have super fast internet.

AAAAAGGGGHHHHHH
Sybil dead!!! Couldn't you have put spoiler alert!~ I don't want to see spoiler alerts, and I don't want to watch it on my computer, although, in here, I think the puter screen is larger than my little tv.

Sybil dying was the worst thing that could happen. I had pre-eclampsia with both my boys (who were both premature). It really hit home. I really felt like it could've been me had I not been born at the right time in history.

I'm embarrassed to be as clueless as I am. Hopeless and pathetic.
How do I find the new episodes of DA, please?
