I wish ALL sides could keep this foremost, and work together to make your country as great as it can be.

Whomever our President is, he/she is our Commander in Chief, the leader of our nation and deserves respect as such. I'm all over that. But I sure hope our Congress can deserve some respect this next few years. I'm disgusted with the lack of working together that they have shown. No matter who you voted for for president, we can't get anywhere with a house and senate unwilling to work with each other across party lines for our country.

These 2 were one hell of a good reason why Obama got re-elected.

    I'm so happy right now.

And, as I posted on Facebook, I respect the opinions and choices of others. Some of my closest friends voted for Romney, and while we disagree on some of those issues, we're not letting that color our friendship.

I respect both candidates for having the passion and desire to make this country better. I just happen to agree with one more than the other, particularly on social issues.

Absolutely, the only way forward is to try and work together for the sake of America.
