Has anyone bred to him? What does he produce?

    How is his frozen?

I know one here in NZ. He's a very very powerful colt, rising yearling. Chestnut with plenty of white on the legs and a big white blaze. The mare is a lighter-mid weight Hano/TB. Black-brown with very little white. DR added loads of bone and all-round chunkiness. He also added a bigger stride length and tons of power from the hindend. The colt is built like a tank.

The frozen was excellent and the mare took on one insemination.

Here are some photos and video of him (as a foal) and his dam. The date is wrong - he was born Dec 2011!

IMHO - He needs a mare with a longer neck and a little bigger hip wouldn't hurt. I'd love to see what he reproduces on your typical "lanky" Thoroughbred, though.

In all, I absolutely love him and such fabulous movement.

I can't say I've experienced any of his foals, so i'm mostly subbing for answers

It has been my understanding he actually crosses best with more modern type mares, and he can throw a bit of a heavy type. Am I wrong?

I adore him too, I think he produces beautiful babies with amazing movement. And his semen is actually on the cheap side!
