    Default Spin Off: What are your staple kitchen ingredients?

    There are things that no cook should be without. You can add it to any recipe and save the day. Here are mine:

    Worcestershire Sauce
    Chicken Stock (or bullion cubes)
    Borsari Seasoning Salt
    People are crazy and times are strange.
    I used to care but, things have changed.

    I like the brown rice in the frozen food section (steamer bags). I can use it as a base for anything. We like black beans and rice for a meal.
