I haven't been there in a few years but I remember it being pretty warm... I tend to run of the warmer side, but I was comfortable schooling in a short sleeved polo, had my (clipped) horse in just a light stable sheet the whole time. If I were you, I'd bring a cooler, a light stable sheet, and heavier stable blanket for horsie, and some short sleeved polos & light jacket/sweater for you (in addition to actual show clothes). In my experience, temps at all indoor shows tend to fluctuate from day to day/show to show, depending on who's in charge, who's complained, how cold it is outside, etc.
And just an fyi, especially if you're doing jumpers- head's up in warm up! It can get kinda... exciting... in there if you know what I mean
