Default Fancier ranges: Aga, Lacanche, Bluestar, Wolf, La Cornue

Anyone have one? We're looking at different options for a larger (36" - 48") gas or dual-fuel range, preferably with more than one oven, good fast burners, good ovens, etc.

Just curious to know what people have if they have a higher-end cooking system, and what they like (or dislike!) about it!

I have a gas Viking range which is comparable to some of those, and it's fine -- but honestly I don't notice any difference compared to the gas Kitchenaid that was in my previous home. Mine is an older model, however -- around 10 years old.

I dislike the "fast" burners because they always leave a burn ring around whatever I'm cooking in a saucepan and I have to scrub my very nice pans with steel wool to get it off. The hotter they are on, the worse it is. I also hate how hot the sides of the saucepans get, because when you pour out of them it splatters. But that's not my range's fault, it's a gas issue.
