We were having some fun with our hurricane prep so I put my pom's life jacket on my cat. The pom is an avid jet skier so she needs the life jacket. The cat, not so much but it was hilarious, especially the end.
When I was a kid I would dress my cat up in doll clothes (think a dress and a bonnet), put her on her back in my dolly baby carriage, and trundle her around the house. She put up with this due to the pieces of bologna I'd feed her. Sainted kitteh . . . . .

There is an old video with a dressed up cat trying to jump on a couch. He flopped over backwards and just laid there.
Cats do not seem to like any type of clothing but I have one that will wear a hat my daughter knitted. We'll put it on him while he's sleeping and find him walking around the house with it on his head an hour later.
