He's HOME!!!! They gave an antiemetic yesterday evening and by 10pm, he was eating and keeping it down. He has eaten twice now since I brought him home. He is waggy and happy, a little tired but also on multiple pain meds so that would make sense.

    Resting comfortable.

Thanks all for the jingles! Now, if you could jingle for a majikal money tree to appear in my front yard, that would be cool too. Not cheap to have a lab these days.
A good horseman doesn't have to tell anyone...the horse already knows.

Might be a reason, never an excuse...

SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!! Give your dog a GIANT hug and tell him he's worth every penny

I would also like to find that majikal money tree. My dogs bill racked up to $20,000 and I got to take him home in a cedar box

Im so glad you kept an open mind about everything....not all explores find cancer!

BuddyRoo, Just caught up on this thread. Honestly I was hoping for you, but was thinking it might not be something so "fixable"... My Griffyn (doberman) was an incorrigible eater of paper items and other stuff.. Im just so happy for you and he that you could do surgery. Jingles for an uncomplicated recovery. The happy thump of the tail is music to your ears Im sure.
