Is there a way to change settings so colors don't show up, maybe? I'm thinking how sometimes there is a setting for, say, a color blind person (as I believe red is really hard for the color blind to see, unless I'm remembering wrong). I haven't found any such display settings, but if they exist, post here as I'd love to kill the red.

The red was a default that was supposed to be changed before the new site went live, so it's a glitch that's going to be fixed.

We agree that it's terrible!

THEY WERE TOLD the red was terrible, and they acknowledged that feedback, and said they would adjust before launch.

and HERE is where the mod said they would be changing the red to something else before taking the board live.

Agree, the red is very HURTFUL to the eyes. Black or how about green to match the frames/toolbars, the "official" COTH green?

Just want to reiterate that the red will be changed. The developers responded that some of the most recent changes they implemented on the beta site did not merge successfully onto the live site.

The poorly functioning post reply button at the bottom of the page was also fixed but reverted back when we went live.

We're compiling a list from the feedback threads and they'll work on getting the glitches sorted out.

I'm going to close this thread so this post doesn't get lost and folks can rest assured that the red is not intentional or permanent.
