SO excited...finally got a new horse and wanted to share!! UPDATE with video 2/11
I've been on the hunt for a new hunter prospect for a long time and after a few failed vetttings gave up looking for a while.
This guy sort of fell in my lap and I'm so excited!
He's a 3yr old TB colt, last raced on the 20th, came off the track on the 24th, and I picked him up on the 26th! He's by Medaglia D'oro out of Java Drums. He's incredibly sweet and laid back considering he's just off the track.
I'm going to pull his shoes, geld him, and let him be a horse for a while before putting him back under saddle.
I'd love to hear what you guys think!

Ha ha it's not normally a color I would pick for a sheet either, but I had none in his size and I figured one good roll in the mud and you'll never know!
He will have lovely show clothes when he's starting to show!!

Thank you again everyone!!
He vetted very cleanly and was surprised at how he wasn't the least body sore from just racing a few days ago.
Next time I take pictures I'll leave out the sheet ha ha
