Your (legal) addiction?
Anyone here have a food, drink or activity they cannot forego for even 1 day?
Me: Mountain Dew(at least 1 can per day)
that is all.

Coke. I have at least a can a day. It's horrible and I need to step away from it, but my kid isn't sleeping, so it's the only thing that helps me function during the day.

Amen to this. I've tried giving up soda many times and if I don't drink it, I get a monster headache. So apparently I am addicted to Coke!!

Coffee... I can't go a single day without a cup! I also love cheese. A day without cheese is not a day worth living

Watermelon Twizzlers. So bad, but so good!

Hot black tea with one packet of sugar. I like Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Constant Comment and quite a few others. I drink about 4 to 12 cups a day. I used to drink coffee but then ulcers switched me to tea.

It's the caffiene. If you try to give it up again, go into the process armed with some excedrine. That also has caffiene but will help with the transition.

I NEED coffee (or tea if i can't get coffee) first thing in the morning, otherwise I feel I'm not fully awake.
And...a day without good dark (70%) chocolate is not a GOOD day.

Sushi. Seriously. It used to be just a treat because most of the sushi places around here are expensive and pretty nice (not show up in barn clothes and boots). In July, a casual, conveyor belt sushi place opened up a few blocks from my office. Its cheap, the food is good and the people who work there are very nice. I eat lunch there at least once a week now. I just can't seem to stay away.
Also... Zero Carb Rockstar... Need an overcaffeinated smiley to depict how much I love that stuff.

Diet coke and I won't say how many I drink per day. I also like McDonald's caramel mochas when its cold and sausage biscuits.

Oh, I'm a Diet Coke (or Coke Zero) girl, too. Every day. I could probably drink 2 liters a day. That's bad. Every once in a while I am successful at quitting (wean off SLOWLY and take lots of ibuprofen for a few days during the process helps with the headaches). But then I last about three months, and, well, I fail.
