I notice they don't have an active rider on the panel. Even the FEI puts riders on their committees. I would think that Phillip Dutton would a good addition. As would Chris Kappler. The active pro riders groups should be represented.

I guess Anne Kursinski is an active rider. An over the hill one, but still active.

Then you ask another. I would be surprised if significant effort was made to reach out. In the corporate world it is widely known that a diverse board and diverse committees are assets to the company and needed to bring fresh ideas. This committee is not diverse enough.

And you need to include a couple of young'ns, not just old farts.

Exhibit B for why internal investigations are a contradiction in terms:

Will any and or all of these personnel changes make a difference?

Even Jane Clark is dumping the USEF.
Not exactly the same names. As you note, the coaches are gone and we'll have new ones.

And by the way GM isn't exactly gone. Gone as coach yes. He is now an Advisor to both USHJA Hunter and Jumper groups.

And why would you say Jane Clark is dumping the USEF?
Her SJ horses have gone to a foreign rider but I guess you are ignorant of the other equestrian sponsorships in Dressage and Driving.

And you even have the organization wrong LMAO !!
It's the USET foundation she is leaving. There is an article in the COTH magazine news section that explains her reasons for leaving the Foundation. Read the article and get back to us
