Yes! Wyopotter on etsy. She made custom horse hair pendants for me and a few of my friends. She can make anything using your own horse's hair.
She's fabulous to work with

Ida is lovely to work with. She has many pots in all different shapes. You pick one and send her the horsehair. I had one made with my dogs hair. It turned out nice.

I love my pots by Ida. They are pots #19 and #29 on the first page of pots. Turn around time was only a few days.

Add me to the list of Ida devotees! They make the BEST gifts! In fact, I'm trying to figure out how to snag some tail hair from my bff's gelding w/o her catching me!

I have an Ida pot and I love it. She has my recommendation.

Yet another vote for Ida. So lovely and sympathetic, and--to my shock--she wouldn't take payment until we'd gotten the pot and were happy wtih it! My barn chipped in to buy one for a friend who lost her horse suddenly, and Ida went out of her way to match the horse's signature color (a certain shade of maroon) as an accent color on the pot and in the beads that accented the horsehair braid.

Yet another vote for Ida. I have a couple of her pots unfortunately, including one for my cat. She is wonderful to work with and tries to honor the spirit of the animal in her work. The art she creates really helps the loss diminish.
