I have pretty good braids but I always have trouble with the tails. They often pop out the sides of the buttoned braid. I can't quite figure out what to do with them! Any advice?

I used to braid down in the late 90's & the braiders gave me a number to count to. Probably cause I don't pull up so this way my braiding down was more consistent & they could just come along zip-zip to pull up.

Where am I and what am I doing in this handbasket?

^ what I love about this post is the complete "code" it is written in. Total gobbledy gook to anyone unless they ever braided.
Your crazy is showing. You might want to tuck that back in.
