    Default Farm name

Now that my farmette is nearly complete, I need a farm name and have no idea where to begin...

Our street name is Stonebridge, which might work as part of a name?

How on earth do you begin thinking of a farm name?

We wanted our farm's name to be a statement, but be wise in what you do as things may change

We used "Sanctuary" in our farm's name specifically because we were intending on using the horses to help raise our four kids in a protected environment. Both my wife and I had extensively shown horses nationally when we met at a horse show back east so we knew that horses would be in our children's lives.

We like you thought about the name pretty hard and long, just no hard enough or long enough as yes the farm did its job raising four great kids into adulthood... the aftermath is we still have their horses

We made a deal with the horses: You take care of your charge and we will take care of you.

Wasn't expecting these things to live forever

So the "Sanctuary" is now for the horses not our kids

Stonebridge Farm is a perfectly nice, classic name, in what it represents and the way it sounds also.

You have a ready made logo and landscape topic with that name.
