Your very BEST ASB sport horse friend- SE PA
Willoughby is a 16.1 hand big boned, 15 year old gelding, big built, heavy boned, incredibly handsome American Saddlebred Sport Horse. He is honest, charismatic, and he beat an approved warmblood stallion at DAD,in hand, in front of Hilda Gurney. Yep - he is the real deal! He is royally bred (not that it matters) by a World's Grand Champion, and a full brother to a World Champion.
You will not find a smarter, kinder, more intuitive friend than this horse. I adore him. He has terrific feet- never has worn shoes- and he can live in, or out, and he does everything well. Absolutely no vices- he clips, ships, crossties, never cribs, paws- nada. He is like a Ferrari, however. He can purr along, but if YOU step on the gas, he is all power. Never tough or difficult, but this horse is game to the core. He will kill himself to figure out what you want. He is best when kept busy- but he can stand out in the field. Trouble is, he doesn't deserve that, and for that reason alone, he is available to the best of homes, only.
My health issues have not allowed me to go on with the group of horses I have, and Wills is a standout- and deserves his own person. Please be prepared to have wonderful references, and he can only come home to me, should this not work out, down the line.
Please be someone who is ready to be an athlete with an athlete- he deserves that!!
Here he is! http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t...esfarm/007.jpg

He is even cuter in person- and his personality is amazing. He is like having the most gallant and mannered gentleman- with a great sense of humor- around.

He's awesome.
Problem with these athletes is that they need lots of riding and there's not enough time to keep the two I have in peak condition.
Glad to hear you intend to keep a life line on him. If it were life or death, I'd seriously consider him. He looks amazing.

Willoughby LOVES attention, so you could play with him eight days a week, and he'd be thrilled. However, four days a week keeps him fit enough to do whatever you like to do- and even if he only works one day a week, he gives it 110%!!

I even love his name! Unfortunately I got whacked by Isaac financially.
Ya never know about long distance love affairs! LOL!

ohhhhhh......love the name, all of it........man, i would have KILLED for this fella when i retired my first saddlebred...his personality sounds much like my long-gone handsome ASB..but alas, i am too old, too out of shape, and have moved on to shorter calmer equines in my dotage.........ahhhhhhhhhh, but one can still daydream,eh?....oh, i envy the lucky winner of this gorgeous fella............and many kudos to you for your efforts to do right by him........good luck!

Nope- he is still here. I had one person who sounded like the right match, but she could only visit when I had conflicts- which stinks. He is still looking for that perfect partner. I would even do a lease here, because I adore him- but he really deserves so much more attention than he is getting. It breaks my heart to see him looking over the fence at me, when I am doing something else...
If you think you might be the right person for the amazing Woo, please shoot me a PM!
Thanks!

Willoughby is still looking for a new best friend. The folks who have expressed interest have not shown up, so, he is still available!

Wills has had many inquiries, but NO visits! Honestly, I am not trying to scare anyone away- they just do not follow up!
If you are looking for the most charming partner you could ever find- he is suave, debonaire, and a total blast. His current dance partner adores him, but she has a horse of her own, and cannot afford to keep two...

Shameless bump- Wills has had some interest, but I would really like for him to be someones only and most special horse. He has to complete for our time here, which is why I am trying so hard to find him his own special person.
Are you out there??
