    can yo sort your site out as keep getting adverts loading up which means you have a viirus on your hard drive

    See post below this one. Nothing to do with viruses, its apparently something COTH actually purchased. On page 2 or 3 Mod 3 says that the technical department deals with this kind of thing; all they can do is pass on our complaints.

    if they purchased it then its an attachment to there computer systems which is and has a virus

    COTH didn't purchase it. They're paid to have it. It's advertising (of an annoying variety) which companies have paid to place on the site and programmers have intentionally created.

    This. Not a virus. And I can assure you the COTH forums are run off a little bit more than "a hard drive."

    Get yourself an AdBlock extension for whatever browser you're using. The ads and any related annoyances will go away.

    Default Easy to get rid of

    HArd to see at first because of the size and shape of the ad.
    There is a close and an X upper right of the ad. Close it, they only come up every so often.

    Firefox with Adblock Plus. Ads go POOF.
