Thinking of you and yours Tamera. Next stop after this forum is donating to Calvin's fund.
Michael: Seems the people who burned me want me for a job.
Sam: A job? Does it pay?
Michael: Nah, it's more of a "we'll kill you if you don't do it" type of thing.
Sam: Oh. I've never liked those.

Bumping this up. The holidays are approaching, and I know that can be a particularly difficult time. I just wanted to let you know, Tamara, that you and your family have often been in my thoughts, and I am wishing for you comfort and peace during the next few months especially.

hi all
just an update...3 mos to the day that man that murdered him will have his preliminary hearing tomorrow.
I will not go.The DAs office called and told me about it this morning and I made it to the barn office (where I was on my way anyhow to start the work day) and then after about 4 min it hit me and I had a total breakdown in the middle of a meeting with my lead mechanic...
he was very supportive but finally I just had to excuse myself up to the cattle barn...
so this morning was very shaky and so tomorrow will probably be also.
Thank you for your good wishes and much more for the board itself as a distraction for me thru the day back to the horses that made him even look at me to begin with. :>
