We can send out our good thoughts and prayers for the family of Aiden's donor without knowing who they are. We won't run out of goodwill; there's no risk in spreading it around.
And, in fact, some of the families who donated their children's organs before Aiden got his gift played a part in Aiden's recovery, because their generosity helped make it possible for it to be Aiden's turn.

Here's a web site with links to various transplant support groups (in the US and other countries as well):
Geographical Index of Transplant Support Groups
If you're feeling that you'd like to extend a personal thanks to Aiden's donor's family, maybe you could do it by proxy - write a letter to a support group that's local to you, telling about Aiden, and ask the support group to share it with a donor family.

for this little boy and all of our angels here on earth who are watching over him! What a Christmas...I think all on this board are realizing what a truly magical time of year this is.

Go Liver, Go Spleen, Go Veins, Go Doctors, Go, Go, GO!!!
Does anyone else feel like we are all running a marathon? But we can do it! We can keep praying, keep waiting, keep putting out EVERY OUNCE of strength, love, and support that Aiden needs to get better. WE CAN DO THIS. Our prayers can make it happen!
I BELIEVE!
It is absolutely overwhelming for me to just THINK of how many people all around the world are praying for Aiden right now. May all our prayers join into one powerful voice that reaches Our Father's ears!

sbt78lw- we're running a marathon with no set end point! Just when you think you're in the last mile, the finish line gets moved further away.

Such wonderful news - but not surprising: this little guy is a FIGHTER!!!
Cactus Lil, you are so right. My prayers tonight will also be going out to all the families who have given the selfless gift of life by allowing their loved ones' organs live on in another.
God bless, and keep on kicking little Aiden!!!

Yeeeehaw! (as they say in these here parts)
I signed on an hour ago to get an update and 5 minutes later we lost all power, with a severe thunderstorm and tornado warning. I was just hhappy that before the power went, I got to see the updates from EqChick and Knowonder-woman. Really severe weather is past downtown Houston now and when the power came back on, the first thing I had to do was check here.
And hey, if anybody knows how to do a happy liver dance, it's Kryswyn and the Kryswyn gang. Those JR's know all about liver -- Liver Snaps, that is.
Keep fighting, baby, you have a whole lot of people fighting along with you, as much as we can, and sending love and prayers to you, your mommy, daddy, and the rest of your family and extended family.
Eyes up, look forward, Kick On!
