It's a colt for Zenyatta
Just read Zenyatta had a colt April 1st, on her 9th Birthday. Way to go Zenyatta! Congratulations to her connections.

He looks to be pretty attractive, too...even newborn and (obviously) not unfolded!
I sincerely thought it was a joke, but they put pictures up and confirmed he is real.

Many people now breathing sighs of relief. Its quite entertaining to see the Mosses' affection for this mare and her growing family. Was looking at 12Z video the other day of his first bath, and he has turned into quite a lovely colt. - some good clear shots of his confirmation.
Looks like this guy was darn big - estimated at 145, and I'm betting chestnut heading to gray.

Yep, looks like he'll grey-out.

I don't think he will grey out. Chestnuts that grey out have dark skin, not the pinkish skin he's got. He's got a lighter muzzle like grey can indicate but it's pink. He's super cute and looks healthy as can be.

Kerri, my mare looked like him when she was a baby, pink skin and all. She greyed out completely by age 9.

If I were a betting person I would say he will gray out but it very hard to tell at this stage. His muzzle seems to be the key clue to me.

Oh goodness he's cute. I'd bet he'll grey out too. You can already see some frosting on his muzzle.
She seems to be throwing some big, correct babies. Her yearling is lovely! Can't wait to see what he does in training.
