Thanks for posting these!! Tap an Angel is a lovely mare in a bad situation. Do not be put off by her and her heard mates being posted so long ago and still being up. It is no fault of their own. Please PM if you would like to go see her or the others at that farm. I can give you some tips.

Yep. Love the PCs.
If only Kentucky were a mile away. Anyone coming to AZ from there in the near future?
My horse is a dressage diva so I don't have to be.

Oh my gosh ... I absolutely LOVE the mare!!! I wish I could take her home. Any trailers coming to NY? We don't need another horse but she reminds me so much of a mare I had previously. That mare was skin and bones at an auction so we plumped her up and found her a good home. She was special to us.

Ok, since this is the Eventing board, I feel that my fellow eventers can appreciate the crude connotation to the name Angry Pirate. I wasn't going to say anything, but I cannot resist any longer. In some male circles, an 'Angry Pirate' is what you get when you *ahem* in a girl's eye and then kick her in the shin...she of course is inclined to cover her eye, much like an eye patch, and hope around on one leg, much like a peg leg, while going ARG! /crudeness

Just came across this thread. I bought Angry Pirate from the track in the beginning of February. He is such a sweet boy and easy to ride. I bought another horse from the track at the same time and now they are the best of friends.
Here is a pic of him about a month after I bought him
