Default change of plans, now we are going to SYRACUSE

well, thank you all for your help regarding Albany, but now it looks like we are going to Syracuse, NY instead so, same question as before:

I am looking for something relatively low key, no showing or lesson requirements, and willing to keep up my care requirements. He is still kept like a show horse maintenance and grooming wise, so I am looking for a place that has show barn feel in that they really look after the horses, and know what they are looking for/at. however, horse is retired from competing, but is still in full work 5 days a week. I'm not sure with the new job if I will be able to ride that often, but he's earned his keep so he can relax as much as he wants

    horsie wants:
    safe turn out
    ring with good footing
    indoor would be nice
EXCELLENT care, and knowledgeable staff willing to do what I want them to do with mr. horsie (who is easy, but I am particular although not unreasonable)

    humans want:
not to be ontop of neighbors
within 30 or so minutes from 81/690 interchange

any help you all can give me for horse or humans would be great!

R-I am south of Syracuse, too far to help you BUT I know a bunch of horse folks up in the area who would be good contacts and be of assistance. PM me and I'll send you information.
