Amongst all of the talk of bracelets and shirts, I went ahead and opend a Cafe Press store with No Reinstatement wear in it. It does not have the bracelets, but I will be ordering some.
All of the CP stuff is set at their price (no mark up)so there is NO profit. In the event a ton of stuff should sell and it generates a bonus of sorts, it is set to go to Snowbird's organization and Non Profit Number. When I order the bracelets, I will send the financials there as well.
(I will order 20 at a time, unless I know people want more, and just have people send a SASE with their money and keep track of it-obviously I will only charge what the bracelets cost-duh-and that info can be viewed by anyone at any time)
And yes, the rumors are true, there is indeed a No Reinstatement thong within the Bo Reinstatement Fashion Collection. I felt it was only fair since there were boxers offered.v (WTDers, make sure these, either thongs or boxers, hang out of your pants while in public for the full effect!)

If there is anything you want but do not see, let me know and I will see if they offer it!

Excellent work, Molly! (I'm back: no way am I missing both of Lamacq's shows in one day!)
I'll take some pics of Avery modeling the hat as soon as it gets here.
All you No Reinstatement folks - doesn't this exciting new development give you a wonderful opportunity to REPOST the petition information on other horsey forums?? http://chronicleforums.com/images/cu...milies/yes.gif

I think Avery should model the thong http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c...on_biggrin.gif
I did an article for our barn newsletter and then posted a part of that on another local BB I belong to and it looks like several from the BB signed the petition.
I already posted on my barn's BB about the store and will do it on the other local BB shortly--

Avery?!! Heck, he's such an old Victorian prude he doesn't even like people watching him pee! http://chronicleforums.com/images/cu...milies/lol.gif
I submit though, that there's more than one way to find out how Big that Dawg really is! http://chronicleforums.com/images/cu...milies/lol.gif

Don't you just love Cafe Press?
Too bad the thong doesn't come in black. I get a kick out of how they actually show you the crotch of it -- well, I guess it isn't exactly the crotch.
I'm going to get the low-rise TS so I can wear it. http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c...on_biggrin.gif
Great job on this. I'm going to buy something but I'm not quite sure what just yet.

Along with this, do you guys think it would be superior of me to show the new large pony under "No Reinstatement, Please"

Lori, do you want me to give you credit for the logo on the CP site?

It's at the top of each page.
I don't think Lori B. & I were thinking in terms of merch when Lori was kind enough to design it. Wonder if there's any way to make it bigger?? (to repeat - I'm graphically illiterate)...

if Lori made it bigger we could it on the backs of some of the sweatshirts, but I do not think we need it much bigger for the pocket areas of the T's etc.

You are actually buying from cafe press-they provide the storefront and merchandise and do the logo-
Now if we wanted, we could hike up the prices on things and get a profit, which I did not do. The payee info is Snowbird and her Non Profit Tax ID...so just go about as if you were ordering from someplace online-my only part is making the logo fit and adding it to the merchandise for display and putting the storefront together. Cafe Press gets the money for the merchandise and they do the shipping-the only way "we" make money is if a ton of merchandise sells and then we get a "bonus", whatever that might be, and that would go to Snowbird for the No Rein. fund.

hmmm......Horse World Expo is coming up here in Maryland.....what a good place to wear something, I think!
Quick question -- has anyone done any press on the petition/merchandise yet? If not, I'd be happy to draft a brief release and send it out......just let me know!

My daughter and I will be wearing our bracelets at the upcoming Lexington (VA) show. She got a couple of her friends to sign and give their email addresses on the hard copy of the petition I had at the show this past weekend. We'll be bringing bracelets for them to wear at Lexington as well. http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c...icon_smile.gif The show secretaries let me put it (hard copy of petition) on a counter there. Unfortunately, someone else decided to put in on a shelf under the counter where it couldn't be seen. I don't have any idea who did that. http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c...s/icon_mad.gif
I thought I'd do an email sign-up to bring to the Lexington show. That way, I can email the online petition to interested people.

Will do......If we want to go out on the AHP "horsey wire" I'll need to announce it as my doing pro bono work for the group, which I'm also happy to do as I'm NOT afraid to have my name on this effort at all. Of course, since the Phelps group et all regularly release on there, it could be interesting for business to say the least...but hey, that's why I've deliberately stayed small, so I COULD pick and choose clients and take moral stands...
What I can do - if the group agrees - is a version for AHP that will have all the basic info along with a statement that I/my company am donating time pro bono to the cause and a quick quote....likely "my" info WON'T get used since I'll make it deliberately boring ;-) but the info on the effort may be picked up. Then I'll also do just a No Reinstatement group release that anyone can use -- I'll use myself as the media contact for the ones I send out, but feel free to put YOUR contact info there instead!
To get started, I'd like to properly credit those who got the ball rolling, by name and (if desired) affiliation (farm, equestrian interests, etc) -- you can PT me or send an email to my business addy <gkazimir@prrightnow.com>.
Thanks! - Gina
