    Default subscription vs. membership

What is the difference between a subscription hunt and a membership hunt?

Not clear about the question but at our hunt all members pay a membership fee, but in order to hunt you also have to pay a subscription fee. Some members are simply social members, they pay the membership but not the subscription therefore while they may attend all events, they may not hunt. At our hunt only subscribing members may may vote in elections etc. Hope this is helpful.

    Default Subscription Vs Membership

Subscription Hunt is a term used in England.....Membersip whether riding or social is what most American Hunts operate as.
Then there are Private Packs -where one hunts by invitation only and may or may not pay a fee. And Farmer Packs where everyone pays who rides.
