Stanley is a 15.3 bay gelding with soundness issues. I am looking for a permanent home for him with an experienced rider. He must go to someone who will use him for light riding only and absolutely no jumping. He broke his coffin bone on the track when he was three and he now has ring-bone and side-bone in his left front. He is pasture sound and well-behaved with other horses. He is good for the farrier and vet. At this time he has no shoes and has done well barefoot. He has two bad habits, he likes to chew fences (Quitt has helped) and he gets excited at feeding time and paws at the floor. Overall, he is an easy keeper. He has been turned out 24/7 for the last 10 months and this suits his personality well. He must continue with full turnout with access to cover when needed. Stanley is in Pennsylvania and he must stay nearby so I can visit him occasionally.
