Is the opposite of nevermind, alwaysmind?
"Never" is a pretty determined absolute. People say, "never say never" so are you setting yourself up when you say "nevermind?" Should it be, "forthisparticularinstancedon'tmind?"

an Alzhiemer moment?
I hate those moments where you go.."what was I doing. Can anyone help me? anyone?...Nevermind"
was it one of those moments? If so that sucks and I hope you find yourself wherever you left yourself. I will help keep watch.
