The hen house is cute, the decorations and marketing photos are a little bizarre, and the price is just out there...
But, the overall idea is great. The world would probably be a better place if more suburbanites had little chicken coops with a few hens in their back yards, and I love it that Nieman Marcus is putting it out there that having a few chickens is a "cool" thing to do.

What I want to know is, what qualifies it as a "mini farm"? Shouldn't a mini farm be, you know, a SMALL FARM? For $100K, I think I'll just go out and buy an actual farm. I might be able to manage to swing by the TSC and get a few chickens in the process. But alas it will not be Versailles and they will not be able to poo on miniature chairs...oh well.

BeeHoney, I agree, it's nice that Neiman Marcus is marketing a "kinder" treatment of chickens even though they are taking it to an overboard extreme as chickens do not care about chandeliers and photos in their coops! LOL!
