I am a huge Weltino's Magic fan and last I heard Brandi Roenick had leased him. They were very good at NAYRC and were aiming at the YR World Cup, until it was cancelled. But know it seems like Brandi is no longer riding him, or anything..? She is young though, so maybe decided to pursue other interests. I would've thought that they would've just aimed at a different goal once the YrWC was cancelled? I thought they were a good team and would love to know what they are doing, as many fans do! :)
I believe Magic is still in training with SP working on the GP. I'm not sure if he is still for sale, or if they will wait and relist him when he is confirmed at GP.
My understanding (from FB) is that Brandi, who is a student of Steffen Peters, leased Magic for the time when Steffen was busy with the Olympics.
Magic is now back under Steffen, based on a training photo I came across last week.
Brandi is still riding - she and her mother own and show several of their own. I got the feeling this was a suits-everyone, short-term situation.
