As far as needing or wanting these kind of horsemen in GA,who died and made you Queen? As long as we are not hurting anyone (and no, not all of us sore just because of a pad on a horse) who are YOU to tell US we're not welcome. I live here. I pay taxes here. I have just as much right as you do to be here. You don't hear us spouting off that we hate jumping etc do you? No, because that is your thing, and that is fine. Personally, I despise it, think it is one of the worst things you can do to a horse, but recognize that that is my opinion, and you have a right to do your thing, just like I do. YOUR RIGHTS END WHERE MINE BEGIN and vice versa.

What do you expect from someone that presents HSUS propaganda to make their point?:dead:

Anyone that has any sense at all can tell the difference between abuse, that may be happening in their own church, school, barn, place of work, ANY place you find abusers and understand that is not what most do.

Animal rights extremists agendas love to play the abuse card to brand all involved in anything we do with our animals abusers.

Only those that can't think past the end of their nose would believe that, much less think they can spout off and not be called on it.

I don't even like at all those, to me, grotesque moving horses but, as long as no one is abusing them, just breeding and training them to walk like that, well, it is not my place to tell them what to do with their horses.
We already have laws, regulations and supervision to avoid abuses and when abuse is found, to remedy the abuse, fine, send abusers to jail, whatever is necessary to stop abuse.

Remember, if it comes from an animal rights extremist groups source, it is not about any animal's welfare in how we use animals.
Their propaganda is immediately suspect as one more way to get people to quit using animals at all, everything else is one more step to that goal.

I dont think the first filly looks terrified, she is just looking at the camera. I persnally think it is quite creepy looking how their hind end works, all low on the hocks like that. I just dont get it and probably never will.

It doesn't matter what other people do to their horses in other disciplines and in backyards all over the world - it will never minimize or absolve what happens to TWH's to make them look like this. To say this looks "fine" and the horses look happy is like saying soft porn with teens is okay, because it's not real porn and the girls enjoy what they're doing.

It's the most unnatural discipline in the horse world and people get their rocks off on how much more grotesquely one horse can move over another. The people who enjoy it are defective.

That was not my intent. My intent is to point out that there are horrors in every single slice of the horseworld pie, and for the TWH, the horror is the sored horse. I'd rather be a padded horse that is not sored, than any of the other horses I noted above. Horses let us do all manner of bad things to them- I don't think being a padded horse is the greatest sin visited upon horses in these United States.

Your type are hurting horses and yes I have the right to say I don't want people who hurt horses here or anywhere. Jumping is an olympic sport, TW horses, not so much. get real, no horse should move the way you people make these horses move. period. I am writing my state government and will do what I can to keep you OUT of Georgia. Crawl back under the rock you came from and take your cruel methods with you. Maybe I should send all the video we took to ABC News to add to ther report on TW abuse.

SO since its not the greatest sin you are ok with it. No not me. I am a steward of all horses and will speak out against any abuse, no matter what discipline.
