having a job tied to the seasons means you go forward with them.
the rain has messed up my cattle worming plans for today.But the sheep
moved in a very co operative manner to the lambing barn yesterday.
Sheep know their masters voice but everyone else had better "step off" :>
The Corn harvest continues every day and should finish up some time in mid nov.We will start planting wheat in the stubble in a few days.
I have not been very well and a Dr. appt confirms an atypical sinus infection that I just ignored and now I have more pills than a 90yo should take ;>
it is 50F with about a 15mph wind which = our first taste of what is coming this winter :/ bleech to that.

I just wanted to say how sorry I am for everything you have had to endure this year. What a tragic loss and terrible time for you and your family.
Don't forget to take care of yourself, go to the Dr if you have any health questions, that is what they are there for.:yes:
Yes, the season is changing, will freeze here tonight for the first time this fall and then, it is downhill all the way into winter.

on Oct 22 when they come here to his farm :>

we have created a endowed scholarship fund in Calvin's name with these folks
