Only thing I can think to add it to practice riding her in an arena with other horses being ridden with her. You'll be doing the under saddle part...

Miichelle, if your mare is bred to a Knabstrupper stallion, you of course know that the foal cannot be registered...

They are very annoying. What I do is put "Wipe," the fly repellant used on horses' faces, around (but not on) the lens. It does help.

Even the run-down places are more than you want to pay! It's the area and cost of things to run a boarding facility in this area.

One suggestion is to set your posts at an angle outwards so that there is no risk of hitting your knee on the side if your horse gets really close to...
