Canterbury HPF
Canterbury HPF
Description:
From a sire who jumped the Olympics, a dam who won a Nations Cup for Germany, and a grandmother who also jumped internationally, Canterbury is from the leading sport motherline Holstein stam 776. He is the only son of Olympic Canturo standing at stud in North America. Canterbury was imported as a yearling from his birthplace in Holstein, and has been raised gently in Pennsylvania horse country. Started under saddle lightly at 2, he continued light training at 3 and also learned to be collected. A first crop of children arrived in early 2012 and have been well recieved by all who have seen them, including a special son Cantallo HPF who was both Premium and also champion foal at his inspection. Canterbry also attended his first rated shows and put in clear jumping rounds early in his fourth year. In his 70 Day testing later in 2012 Canterbury was the highest-scoring 4 year old jumping stallion of the group, and achieved lifetime breeding licences with GOV, RPSI and Old NA. He recieved 10s on Rideability and very high scores for Character and Jump. Extremely competitive pricing options are available. We would like American breeders to have access to these top genetics at prices comparable to what a frozen dose from other European stallions costs. Breeders interested in considering Canterbury are welcome to contact us to make an appointment to see and interact with him - and some of his children! - at the farm. $800 LFG or $450 Single Dose |
