Equestrian Sport Productions Announces $50,000 Wellington Eventing Showcase Presented by Asheville Regional Airport at PBIEC

Wellington, FL - January 15, 2015 - Equestrian Sport Productions (ESP), management company of the world renowned Winter Equestrian Festival and Adequan® Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, FL, is excited to announce a brand new eventing showcase that will take place at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC) on January 30-31, 2015. The $50,000 Wellington Eventing Showcase, presented by Asheville Regional Airport, will feature some of eventing's top horses and riders competing for phenomenal prize money in the winter equestrian capital of the world.

    The Dressage Foundation Welcomes 2015 Board of Directors and Officers

    January 15, 2015 – The Dressage Foundation (TDF) has announced the Officers and members of the Board of Directors who will serve in 2015.  In addition to the returning Board Members, TDF extends a special welcome to new Board Members Catherine Chamberlain and Sarah Geikie.  "Both Catherine and Sarah are extraordinary leaders in this country’s dressage community!  We’re honored and excited to have them both on the TDF team," said Beth Baumert, President & CEO.

    CDCTA Horse Trials Introduces New Organizer and Course Designer Starting Spring of 2015

    Gaithersburg, MD – Popular for their excellent footing and galloping tracks, CDCTA is excited to make some changes that will be introduced in the spring of 2015. Mike Mendell is CDCTA's new organizer who brings not only experience at the upper-levels of eventing, but also a level of professionalism that has allowed him excel as a trainer and instructor. Mike has competed through the CCI4**** level (long format) and spent two years riding, training and competing overseas.

    USEF Names Hermès U.S. Show Jumping Team for CSIO4* Ocala

    Lexington, Ky. - The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) is pleased to announce the riders who will represent the United States on the Hermès U.S. Show Jumping Team in Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup competition at CSIO4* Ocala, in Ocala, Fla., February 11-15, 2015.

    Driving Derby Hoedown to Support Pony Team USA

    Equestrian Events, Inc. Increases Donations to Local and Equine Charities

    Lexington, KY - January 13, 2015 - Equestrian Events, Inc. (EEI), producer of the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event Presented by Land Rover, is once again making financial contributions to several charities that support local equine interests and serve the Commonwealth of Kentucky. This year EEI is donating nearly $32,000 to eight charities, representing an increase of more than $10,000 over last year.

    Karen O’Connor Appointed Team Coach to Mexican Eventing Team

    Ocala, Florida, USA. January 12, 2015 – Multi-Olympian Karen O'Connor has been appointed the new Coach of the Mexican Eventing Team and will assume the role immediately.   The appointment will involve O'Connor training the team for major events including the Pan American Games in Toronto this summer and the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games in 2016.

The Adequan Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, Florida, is one of the largest international and national dressage circuits.
